MONDAY, JAN. 22

7 a.m. – Family fight in the 2900 block of Ross Avenue with one arrest of an adult male reported.

7:10 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family disturbance in the 3500 block of Sierra Street.

12:30 p.m. – Investigation into a vehicle theft in the 2900 block of Patterson Road.

7:30 p.m. – Deputies served a restraining order in the 3500 block of Sierra Street.

9:30 p.m. – Traffic stop made by deputies for a vehicle code violation at Eighth and Patterson. The adult male driver was determined to be under the influence of alcohol; he was arrested for DUI.

 

SUNDAY, JAN. 21

4:50 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family disturbance on Arcadia Court.

9:50 a.m. – Theft report at Save Mart. The incident is being investigated as a robbery since force was used to take merchandise. The case has been assigned to detectives.

3:45 p.m. – Deputies arrested an adult male after he stole a vacuum from Target.

5:30 p.m. – Hit and run investigation in the parking lot of Target.

 

SATURDAY, JAN. 20

3:30 p.m. – Deputies investigated a disturbance in the 2200 block of Colony Manor. An adult female was subsequently arrested for being drunk in public and resisting arrest.

9 p.m. – Disturbance reported in the 6100 block of Claus Road.

9:30 p.m. – Deputies investigated a fight between roommates on Barger Court. An adult male was arrested for battery.

 

FRIDAY, JAN. 19

No time listed – Deputies investigated a family disturbance in the 2700 block of Topeka.

8:30 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigation at Eighth and Patterson; minor injuries reported.

 

THURSDAY, JAN. 18

5:28 a.m. – Assist provided to CHP with a vehicle collision at Claus and Claribel.

9:30 a.m. – Deputies investigated a vandalism complaint in the 6300 block of Jackson.

9:31 a.m. – Hit and run reported at Third and Santa Fe.

1:01 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Target.

1:15 p.m. – Check of a suspicious vehicle at Prospectors Parkway and Westgate. The vehicle turned out to be stolen. An adult male was subsequently arrested and transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

2:42 p.m. – Deputies arrested a female adult for a health and safety code. She was transported to the Stanislaus County Detention Center and booked.

 

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 17

7:23 a.m. – Responded to a vehicle vs. pedestrian collision at Callander and Topeka. The M.A.I.T (Major Accident Investigation Team) was activated to take over the investigation. The elderly pedestrian was transported in critical condition to a local hospital.

8:41 a.m. – Deputies investigated a burglary in the 6400 block of Third Street.

8:59 a.m. – Vandalism complaint, door at a business damaged in the 3000 block of Atchison.

9:19 a.m. – Deputies investigated a burglary in the 2800 block of Patterson.

2:25 p.m. – Investigated a report of a fight in the parking lot of Kohls. All the subjects contacted stated there was no fight.

2:39 p.m. – Deputies investigated the theft of a fruit vendor’s money in the 5200 block of Squire Wells. The vendor did not want to have his name mentioned in a report and refused to give any information.

5:50 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigation at Claus and Patterson. The parties exchanged names and law enforcement was not needed.

 

TUESDAY, JAN. 16

1 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 3300 block of Topeka. An adult male was arrested in connection with the incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

10:08 a.m. – Report of identity theft in the 3600 block of Iowa.

4:52 p.m. – Assault reported in the 3100 block of Atchison. An adult male was arrested. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

7:41 p.m. – Detectives and deputies investigated a theft at Target. An adult male was arrested and transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

On Tuesday, Jan. 16, Detectives, Deputies and California Highway Patrol Officers conducted an Organized Retail Crime Operation at Crossroads Shopping Center. The operation resulted in five arrests, $1,800 and 78 assets recovered.
