SUNDAY, NOV. 5

1:50 a.m. – Deputies responded to the report of physical fight at Stanislaus and Fifth streets. A report was taken.

2:50 a.m. – Hit and run collision reported in the 3700 block of Patterson. The investigation is ongoing.

8:30 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight on Feather Court.

1:30 p.m. – Family fight investigation by deputies in the 3400 block of Topeka.

4:20 p.m. – Deputies investigated a neighbor dispute in the 2600 block of Santa Fe.

6:55 p.m. – Responded for a family fight investigation in the 5500 block of Green Oaks Court.

SATURDAY, NOV. 4

1:54 p.m. – Deputies investigated a minor vehicle collision at Litt and Claribel.

2:50 p.m. – Collision investigation by deputies at Eighth and Patterson.

3:30 p.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 3300 block of Topeka.

10:30 p.m. – Family fight reported in the 6500 block of Third Street.

FRIDAY, NOV. 3

9:56 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 5600 block of Cornerstone Way.

10 a.m. – Vehicle stop conducted by deputies for vehicle code violations on Hidalgo and Silversmythe. The driver, identified as 29-year-old Emma Prater, was on probation. Prater was found to have stolen checks and drugs in her possession, she was arrested and booked in jail.

3:20 p.m. – Deputies responded to assist with a person who was jumping into traffic on Santa Fe and First Street.

4 p.m. – Report of a fight involving weapons. Following an investigation, Kenneth Valleau, 52, was arrested for assault with a weapon.

6:30 p.m. – Deputies investigated a fight between two adults in the 5800 block of Antique Rose Way.

6:50 p.m. – Arrest of a 51-year-old subject by deputies in connection with theft at Target.

8:45 p.m. – Deputies responded to a domestic violence incident in the 3500 block of Stanislaus Street. An adult male was arrested.

THURSDAY, NOV. 2

12:09 a.m. – Assistance provided to Manteca Police Department with attempting to make contact with a subject in the 5800 block of Alton. There was no answer at the door.

8:11 a.m. – Deputies assisted the Civil Unit with an eviction in the 3600 block of Claribel.

11:21 a.m. – Responded to Claribel and Litt for a vehicle that had gone into the Modesto Irrigation District Canal. Deputies assisted CHP with traffic control until fire and ambulance cleared the scene.

4:40 p.m. – Deputies responded to Target for a theft. A 34-year-old woman was subsequently arrested. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

8:46 p.m. – Traffic stop conducted by deputies on a vehicle that failed to stop at two stop signs. The 45-year-old driver was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
