A bit of Saturday sunshine crept through the clouds above Riverbank over the past weekend, in between rainstorms. Sunday, Jan. 21 had a bit of good sunshine as well, but also ended with rain, which continued into the early morning hours on Monday. Of course, the precipitation is welcome, as is the accompanying snowfall in the mountains. This region is ahead of normal rainfall totals for this time of year, helping to bolster water levels in reservoirs.
