STORMY SKIES
R clouds

These clouds were appearing in the sky to the west of Riverbank on Saturday evening, July 30, the harbingers of the overcast skies here most of the day Sunday. Meteorologists noted that the “monsoon” weather originating over the four corners states, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah, was spinning off rain affecting California up and down the state. The cloudiness was forecast to remain, intermittently, through the early part of this week giving way to sunny skies and summerlike temperatures later in the week.
