Young students from the Riverbank Tiny Tots Program celebrated Halloween last week with a visit to City Hall. Here, they’re getting treats from Vice Mayor Rachel Hernandez and Council member Luis Uribe in the council chambers. The youngsters, along with other family members, also visited the Public Works office across the street from the Scout Hall, where their program is held, and the Fire Station and Police Services Office.
