A crew of four workers on two bucket lifts were working recently on a transmission tower just east of Roselle at the border of Riverbank. The equipment belongs to the Hetch Hetchy Project, which brings power from hydroelectric plants along the aqueduct of the project and sends it to San Francisco, along with water from the dam located in northwest Yosemite Park. The water flows underground along the same right of way.
