As the community gears up for the annual Cheese and Wine Exposition this weekend, there will be plenty of road closures in the downtown area. Beginning Friday, Oct. 11 at 5 p.m. through Sunday Oct. 13 until 9 p.m., Santa Fe Street between Second and Seventh streets; Third, Fourth, and Fifth streets between Topeka and Stanislaus streets; and Sixth Street between Santa Fe Street and Stanislaus Street will be closed for the Riverbank Cheese and Wine Exposition. Traffic control devices will be in place.

The festival itself runs on Saturday and Sunday in the heart of the downtown area, with music, food, games and rides, vendors and the cheese and wine tasting sessions.
