Co-Ed Cross Country

Runners can start practice on Aug. 1, but there are only three league outings on the list, and they determine league standings for the season, with all schools participating in each.

League Champion is determined as follows: “One point for each team a school finishes ahead of in the first two meets, and two points for each team a school finishes ahead of in the final (third) meet. The team with the highest total points is the League Champion.”

The meets are scheduled for Wednesdays, on Sept. 7 at 3:30 p.m., Sept 28 at 3:30 p.m., with the final on Oct. 26 at 3 p.m., with all at Ceres River Bluff Regional Park, on Hatch Road.
