Riverbank Outlaws gather for games, Homecoming

Youth football action this week for Riverbank’s youth Outlaws saw the teams mark their Homecoming celebration this past weekend, hosting the Manteca Cowboys at the high school stadium.

Action was featured at all levels and games took place throughout the day and into the evening at Angelo Novi Field on Saturday, Oct. 18.

In terms of royalty, the youngest team, the Starts, crowned Benny Garnica as Prince and Jacqueline Palacios as Princess.

The Rookies selected Xavier Vargas as Prince and Aislin Smith as Princess.

For the JV team, Hayden Amaral was voted as Prince and Ayva Pizzarro as Princess.

Finally, the Varsity crowned Landen McNair as King and Adele Temple as Queen.

In the games, all four Outlaws squads found themselves on the losing end of the final score.

The Starts fell 28-20 to the Cowboys from Manteca while the Rookies lost their game, 55-0. The JV team was shut out, 41-0, by the Cowboys and the Varsity Outlaws battled but took a 39-20 defeat.
