A girl, Paisley Bernice Perruquet, was born Jan. 1, 2015 to expectant parents Jason Perruquet and Jennifer Pritchard of Escalon. The newborn weighed seven pounds, 11½ ounces upon arrival at Doctor’s Hospital in Modesto.

Welcoming the newcomer home were older sisters Haylee Rice, 5 and Aleah Rice, 3.

Donna Pritchard, Jim Pritchard and Carrie Dutra are the maternal grandparents. Virginia Pritchard is the maternal great grandmother. Austin Dutra is the uncle. All are from Modesto.

Paternal grandparents are Dave and Genise Perruquet of Escalon. Jim and Lindsey McDowell of Escalon are the paternal aunt and uncle. Leia Perruquet of Arizona is a paternal aunt.
