Odd Fellows Breakfast Slated

Time for a leisurely Sunday drive, destination La Grange. The Odd Fellows of Lafayette Historical Lodge #65 remind you of their monthly breakfast, always on the second Sunday at the IOOF Hall in downtown La Grange. Join in for the next breakfast on Sunday, March 11 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. for a menu of biscuits and gravy, sausage, ham and cheese omelets and all you can eat pancakes. Complimentary coffee and orange juice round out the meal, all for $6 for adults, tickets for those ages six to 12 are $3, those five and under eat for free.

Breakfast is served in the down-home atmosphere of the 1881 vintage Odd Fellows Hall on the main street of town at 30018 Yosemite Blvd. While you’re in the Gold Rush town of La Grange, see more of their colorful past at the La Grange Museum, open Sundays 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., located at the east end of town. As you explore the town, don’t forget to check out the wildlife at the old one-lane walking bridge over the Tuolumne River.
