The Culinary Arts ROP and FHA-Hero club will be holding a Taco Truck Taco Dinner fundraiser from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Riverbank High School in room 602 on Thursday, March 20.

Tickets are $3 and include two beef tacos, cilantro, salsa, a cupcake, and your choice of a cold drink.

The meal is available for dine in or carry out.

The proceeds will go towards sending students to the State Leadership Meeting in April where they will compete in individual events and a Chapter Exhibit. The funds raised will also assist in purchasing FHA uniforms and help fund field trips.

Parents are encouraged to stop by and have dinner before Parent Conference, going on that evening at the school.

The Central Valley Community Resources is hosting the Coasters for a Cause fundraiser that is going on now. Proceeds benefit a variety of community needs in and around Riverbank.

Ride and play at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom for a reduced General Admission price of $28. Tickets are valid for the following dates: March 22, 23, 28, 29, 30 and April 4, 5, 6. Park hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The tickets can be upgraded to a season pass at the park for an additional fee.
