Riverbank Parks and Recreation Department is scheduled to begin its popular ‘Food Truck Fridays’ this week, on May 3. The event will continue throughout the month of May, with the last one scheduled for May 31. That will give residents five opportunities to participate. The Food Truck Friday events will be held at the Riverbank Sports Complex, 2119 Morrill Road from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. They’ll feature games, music, drinks, and, of course, lots of food options.
