Construction workers in downtown Riverbank prepare a French drain as they build a new parking lot. Located on Santa Fe Street, the new lot is next to Designs by Karen Flowers & Gifts. The job is being done for the owners of the Kiwi’s Custom Guns shop which is located directly across the street, with completion expected ahead of next month’s Cheese and Wine Festival in the historic downtown area.
