Before it got really hot last Friday, June 24, members of the Cheerleading Squad at Riverbank High School were out in the morning raising funds, washing cars in the bus roundabout on campus. Including snacks for sale while customers waited, the effort was to help pay for attendance at an upcoming cheerleading camp. At its peak, the crews of three or four girls were able to be washing up to four vehicles at a time.
