We return to Daylight Saving Time early Sunday morning, March 13 so set your clock one hour ahead before you go to sleep Saturday night. The practice of ‘springing ahead’ will mean you lose one hour of sleep this weekend.

Daylight Saving Time (DST) – also known in some areas as ‘summer’ time – is brought in to place as the weather starts to warm, so that daylight lasts longer into the evening during the summer months.
