The local TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) 1034 Oakdale Chapter will be hosting an Open House event on Monday, July 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. The group meets every Monday at Community United Methodist Church, 1480 Poplar St., Oakdale.
