SUNDAY, OCT. 1

12:52 a.m. – Deputies responded to a report of a fight with weapons. A 29-year-old man was arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

10:24 a.m. – Report of a stolen vehicle in the 2900 block of Stanislaus.

10:16 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 2900 block of North Rose Brook for a baby choking. Prior to the deputies arriving the baby started breathing and was okay.

 

SATURDAY, SEPT. 30

9:51 p.m. – Family fight reported in the 2600 block of Topeka. The fight was verbal, and the parties separated.

11:59 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 3700 block of California for a report of shots fired. They checked the area and spoke to subjects who did not hear any shots.

 

FRIDAY, SEPT. 29

9:45 a.m. – Responded to Target for a lost property report. The phone was located and returned to the owner.

4:10 p.m. – Deputies responded to Target for a theft report. The investigation is ongoing.

 

THURSDAY, SEPT. 28

12:19 p.m. – Vehicle collision reported at Topeka and Fourth.

2:26 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 6200 block of Matthew for a vehicle collision. The parties exchanged names and did not law enforcement any further.

7:55 p.m. – Responded to the 6600 block of Jackson for a report of a subject laying on the sidewalk. A 46-yer-old woman was subsequently arrested for drunk in public. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 27

3:43 a.m. – Deputies responded to Callander and Santa Fe for a vehicle collision into a property.

6:04 a.m. – Family fight reported in the 5900 block of Homewood for a family fight. Deputies responded and took a 38-year-old man into custody in connection with the incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

8:02 a.m. – Deputies responded to Claribel and Claus for a vehicle collision.

3:51 p.m. – Vehicle collision reported in the 2600 block of Patterson.

7:43 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 2700 block of Topeka for a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was involved in a hit and run earlier in the day.

10:32 p.m. – Traffic enforcement stop conducted by deputies resulted in a 28-year-old male driver being arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
