SUNDAY, NOV. 19

11:17 a.m. – Responded to Home Depot for a theft that had just occurred. Deputies located suspects identified as Luis Parocua, 32, and Jenna Hughes, 24, taking them into custody. The stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to Home Depot. Parocua and Hughes were transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

SATURDAY, NOV. 18

12:24 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision at Oakdale and Claribel. The parties exchanged information and law enforcement was not needed.

1:28 p.m. – Responded to investigate a vehicle collision at Oakdale and Claribel involving two vehicles.

4:52 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision at Jackson and Patterson.

 

FRIDAY, NOV. 17

7:14 a.m. – Deputies investigated a violation of restraining order in the 5500 block of Gable.

7:42 p.m. – Responded to investigate a family fight in the 2900 block of Jebediah. A 35-year-old man was subsequently arrested for resisting and fighting with an officer. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

9:52 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision at Atchison and First. Following the investigation, a 49-year-old man was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

THURSDAY, NOV. 16

7:26 a.m. – Traffic stop made by deputies for a traffic violation. The 35-year-old female driver was cited for having a suspended driver’s license. She was released after signing a promise to appear.

4:20 p.m. – Detectives stopped a vehicle related to an investigation in the 3700 block of Sierra. The driver was detained. A short time later a male subject walked out of the house. A search warrant was served at the residence. Sergio Guzman, 26, and Keana Smith Zavaleta, 28, were arrested for multiple charges. They were transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

7:15 p.m. – Follow up, detectives and deputies were at Home Depot to make contact with Alejandro Guzman, 21. He was arrested on multiple charges related to the search warrant on Sierra. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

On Friday, Nov. 17, Deputy Camara spoke to senior citizens at a senior lunch about safety during the holidays.
