SUNDAY, NOV. 2
8:35 a.m. – Deputies investigated a sexual assault in the 2000 block of Claribel.
10:09 a.m. – Vehicle collision investigated at Claribel and Roselle. The parties involved exchanged information and law enforcement was no longer needed.
12:54 a.m. – Report of a theft in the 6800 block of First Street.
8:09 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 2600 block of Briarcliff for a subject found deceased. The Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office responded and took over the investigation.
8:50 p.m. – An adult female turned herself in for an outstanding warrant in the 6700 block of Third Street. She was taken into custody, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
SATURDAY, NOV. 1
2:09 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of an intoxicated subject causing problems at the 108 Sports Bar. An adult male was arrested for public intoxication. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
4:46 a.m. – Runaway juvenile investigated in the 6600 block of Woodgate Circle; entered into the missing person system.
1:45 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a subject being scammed in the 2500 block of Topeka Street. The victim was scammed out of over $1,000 by someone claiming to work for the Sheriff’s Department. No suspects have been identified at this time.
5:19 p.m. – Theft reported at Target. An adult female was issued a citation for theft.
7:55 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Target. An adult male was arrested and found to have no prior arrests. He was issued a citation and released.
9:07 p.m. – Family disturbance in the 6300 block of Eighth Street.
FRIDAY, OCT. 31
8:42 a.m. – Deputies checked the area of Riverside and Sixth Street for trespassers after numerous calls for service. Two adult males were located and arrested. They were transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
10:30 a.m. – Family disturbance in the 2300 block of Rivergate Drive.
1 p.m. – Theft reported at Home Depot.
3:34 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Target. An adult female was found to have stolen several food items. She had no prior arrests and was issued a citation.
5:33 p.m. – Report of vandalism in the 2700 block of Topeka Street.
11:54 p.m. – Deputies observed a vehicle doing burnouts and driving recklessly in front of a house party in the 6200 block of Howard Avenue. An adult male was pulled over and arrested for reckless driving. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
THURSDAY, OCT. 30
2:30 am. – Deputies investigated a suspicious person at Chevron on Claribel. The adult male had a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
7:57 a.m. – Complaint of trespassers in the area of Riverside and Seventh. One adult male was located and arrested. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
10:17 a.m. – Deputies investigated a sexual battery in the 6200 block of Claus.
2:04 p.m. – Theft reported at Home Depot with one suspect identified.
11:30 p.m. – Deputies stopped a motorcycle for vehicle code violations at Antique Rose and Gallery. The driver had a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center.
WEDNESDAY, OCT. 29
7:20 a.m. – Deputies checked a no trespass area in the 3400 block of High Street where numerous calls for service have been. Six people were located, arrested for trespassing, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
3:40 p.m. – A subject wanted for child abuse was located by deputies in the 7000 block of Kings Mill. The adult female was arrested, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
11:19 p.m. – Deputies investigated a subject that had fallen asleep inside a vehicle not belonging to him at Applebee’s. The adult male was arrested for being drunk in public. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS
On Oct. 31, Riverbank deputies and deputies with the MAIT team conducted a DUI checkpoint in the city. Over 850 vehicles were contacted, which resulted in two DUI arrests and six vehicles being towed. One vehicle attempted to avoid the checkpoint, which resulted in the arrest of three subjects after two loaded firearms were recovered from the vehicle.
