Calls for service this past week for members of the Riverbank Police Services ranged from vandalism to theft to warrant arrests.

On Sunday, Dec. 12 at 12 a.m., deputies responded to the report of vandalism in the 2000 block of Gambler Hill Court. The suspect is known and is currently wanted for vandalism.

At 6:40 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 11, deputies observed Andrew Ball, 36, walk into an area mini-mart. The deputies recognized Ball and he had a felony warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and booked without incident.

Deputies responded to the report of a two-vehicle collision with no injuries in the 6500 block of First Street on Saturday at 11 p.m.

On Friday, Dec. 10 at 1 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a two-vehicle collision with no injuries in the 5900 block of Roselle Avenue.

At 2 p.m. on Friday, deputies responded to the report of a battery at the 3000 block of Sierra Street.

Deputies responded to the report of a stolen vehicle license plate in the 2000 block of Sierra Street on Friday at 3 p.m.

At 4 p.m. on Friday, deputies responded to the report of a restraining order violation in the 6000 block of Don Avenue.

On Thursday, Dec. 9 at 10:50 a.m., deputies responded to the report of a battery that occurred in the Target parking lot. At 5 p.m. on Thursday, deputies responded to the report of a residential burglary in the 3000 block of Orange Avenue. Witnesses observed several subjects inside the garage of the residence, removing a motorcycle. The suspects fled prior to the arrival of officers.

On Wednesday, Dec. 8 at 12:40 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a petty theft at Save Mart. A male and female filled a cart with merchandise then left without paying.

On Tuesday, Dec. 7 at approximately 8 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a traffic collision on the 6200 block of Claus Road. The accident closed the westbound lane of Kentucky Avenue until the roadways were cleared. There were no injuries and minor vehicle damage.

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, deputies were dispatched to a hit and run accident in the 5800 block of Saxon Way. The reporting party sustained no injuries with just minor damage to the vehicle. The suspect is still outstanding.
