SUNDAY, APRIL 12
7:43 a.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision at Oakdale and Morrill.
7:49 a.m. – Assistance provided by deputies to Turlock PD with attempting to contact a subject regarding his vehicle in the 6800 block of Zerillo.
8:58 a.m. – Vehicle collision investigation at Patterson and Eighth Street.
11:05 a.m. – Deputies took a found firearm from a home after a tenant moved out in the 5800 block of Engstrom. The firearm was booked into evidence.
11:06 a.m. – Restraining order violation reported in the 3500 block of Atchison.
2:26 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigation at Atchison and Second Street.
3:18 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Target. One female adult was arrested for the theft. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
8:26 p.m. – Vehicle stop conducted by deputies for the vehicle not having headlights on and failing to stop at a stop sign. The driver had a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked for the warrant.
SATURDAY, APRIL 11
1:09 a.m. – Deputies investigated an assault in the 5900 block of Claus Road. The victim did not want to pursue criminal charges and the incident was documented.
2:06 a.m. – Family disturbance investigation in the 5700 block of Roselle Avenue. The incident was determined to involve a domestic violence assault. The suspect left the area prior to deputies’ arrival. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
2:33 a.m. – Family disturbance in the 6100 block of Claus Road. All parties were uncooperative and no crime was reported.
11:34 a.m. – Theft investigation at Target.
4:40 p.m. – Deputies assisted CHP with a vehicle collision in the 2000 block of Claribel.
FRIDAY, APRIL 10
7:03 a.m. – Report of a restraining order violation in the 2900 block of Fern Court. An adult male arrived at the residence in violation of a restraining order, assaulted the victim, forced his way into the residence and barricaded himself. Deputies attempted to have the suspect surrender peacefully for over half an hour, but he refused and was uncooperative. Ultimately, a K9 officer was used to safely take the suspect into custody. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center for several felony crimes.
7:08 a.m. – Report of vandalism in the 6200 block of Matthew Lane.
7:12 a.m. – Deputies investigated a vandalism at Castleberg Park. Someone tagged the bathrooms at the park. The incident occurred out of city camera view, and no suspects have been identified at this time.
4:16 p.m. – Theft investigation by deputies at Target. An adult female was arrested for shoplifting. She had no prior criminal history and was released on a citation.
4:29 p.m. – Verbal disturbance reported in the 2800 block of Morrill Road.
THURSDAY, APRIL 9
7:51 a.m. – Vandalism at Castleberg Park; two subjects tagged the bathrooms at the park. The incident was captured on city cameras and deputies are working on identifying the suspects.
10:06 a.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Target. An adult female was arrested for shoplifting. She had no prior criminal history and was released on a citation.
4:29 p.m. – Complaint of a restraining order violation in the 6100 block of Roselle Avenue.
5:31 p.m. – Restraining order violation in the 3200 block of Sierra Street. It was ultimately determined no violation occurred and the incident was documented.
9:15 p.m. – Deputies attempted a warrant service in the 5900 block of Carnwood Drive. An adult male was arrested for an outstanding warrant stemming from an assault earlier in the week. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8
10:03 a.m. – Found insurance card turned in by a citizen at the Riverbank Substation.
10:04 a.m. – Deputies investigated a report of fraud in the 3700 block of Prince Andrew.
2:38 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigation at Roselle and Claribel.
4:49 p.m. – Riverbank traffic deputies assisted CHP with checking an address for a responsible vehicle from a fatal hit and run the night before. The vehicle was located on Pocket Avenue, and the driver was located in the 3300 block of Topeka. He was taken into custody.
4:53 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a stolen vehicle in the 6600 block of Snedigar.
