SUNDAY, SEPT. 24

2:30 a.m. – Deputies responded to the 5500 block of Gable for a report of a violation of restraining order.

2:55 a.m. – Report of a loud party and possible shots heard in the 3700 block of Prince Andrew. Deputies checked and were unable to locate a party or shell casings.

3:33 a.m. – Responded to the 2900 block of Turpin for a suspicious person trying to get into a house. Deputies located Salvador Quiroz, 32, inside the garage of a home. He had a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

9:37 a.m. – Deputies responded to Target for a vehicle collision in the parking lot. The parties exchanged information and law enforcement was not needed.

7:47 p.m. – Complaint of a theft at Ulta. The investigation is ongoing.

9:29 p.m. – Deputies responded to the 6100 block of Claus for a missing person report. The investigation is ongoing.

10:55 p.m. – Responded to the 3800 block of Patterson for a security check after a Crime Stoppers tip was received. Deputies were unable to locate any of the people mentioned.

 

SATURDAY, SEPT. 23

11:44 a.m. – Deputies responded to Patterson and First for a subject on the ground. The subject was sleeping next to his bike and stated he did not need medical attention.

3:23 p.m. – Responded to Claribel and Oakdale for a report of a vehicle collision. The parties exchanged information and law enforcement was not needed.

4:05 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Chevron on Claribel. A 32-year-old suspect was subsequently issued a citation and released after signing a promise to appear.

6:22 p.m. – Responded to the 5900 block of Newbrook for a security check on juveniles possibly left alone. During the investigation, a 39-year-old woman was contacted and found to have a warrant for her arrest. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

11:35 p.m. – Deputies did a traffic stop at Kansas and Eighth. Through investigation, a 25-year-old man was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked

 

FRIDAY, SEPT. 22

2:31 p.m. – Vehicle collision reported at Second and Atchison. The parties did a name exchange, law enforcement was not needed.

6:58 p.m. – Deputies responded to Roselle and South Rose Brook for a vehicle collision. The parties exchanged names and law enforcement was not needed.

 

THURSDAY, SEPT. 21

2:49 a.m. – Extra patrol conducted by deputies at the Crossroads Shopping Center.

8:17 a.m. – Deputies conducted a security check of a subject in the 2600 block of Sierra.

9:37 a.m. – Report of protesters on a construction site, on property at Oakdale and Claribel. The protesters were on the public sidewalk that was in the process of being closed for construction the next day.
