Linda Lizarraga and Edgar Valdez welcomed a baby girl, Sofia Isabel Valdez Lizarraga, on March 13, 2014.

The newborn weighed in at eight pounds, 10 ounces and was 21 inches long on arrival at Modesto Kaiser.

Welcoming home the new baby were big brother Mateo, maternal grandparents Maria and Jamie Lizarraga and paternal grandparents Maria and Rodolfo Valdez.
