Serenity Medspa and Chiropractic has opened a new location on Patterson Road in Riverbank and celebrated with a Grand Opening on Saturday, Feb. 25. This is the second location for owner Ivonne Escobar, who opened her first spa in Modesto in 2014. The Medspa offers a variety of services including Botox, fillers, facials, massages, anti-aging treatments, manicures, pedicures, weight loss body wraps, eyelash extensions, microblading and chiropractic needs.
With a sale on several services during the grand opening and an estimated $1000 worth of giveaways including Juvederm fillers, Botox and SkinMedica products, the event had several guests that enjoyed appetizers and beverages as well as tours of the facility and visiting with the staff.
“We are a one-stop shop,” said Escobar. “We do manicures and pedicures, have a diet program and we do Medspa parties, Botox parties, and even do little girls facial parties.”
Escobar is confident that her passionate staff, including registered nurses, a nurse practitioner, medical doctors, cosmetologists, estheticians, massage therapists and chiropractors at Serenity can take care of all her client’s needs.
After having several people ask her to open a spa in Riverbank, Escobar finally put the idea into action and said it has been fitting for the family that also resides in Riverbank and has clients in the community, Oakdale, and Del Rio.
Since the opening of the new store in Riverbank the business has become a family affair with her brother assuming the vice president duties and her son taking on the responsibility of the treasurer.
“My whole game plan is to open seven (Medspas),” stated Escobar of her future plans. “From here I will go to Turlock, then Tracy, Manteca, and then towards Sacramento. It is super exciting.”
One of the special services that she says every client receives at Serenity is TLC – Tender Loving Care – along with the best prices for Botox and Juvederm fillers.
“My medical doctor is top 50 meaning by Allergan,” added Escobar. “He has been with them for 40 years so because of that I have the best prices. So not only are they getting the best prices but they are also getting TLC no matter what service it is and my staff since they are all passionate, really care about people.”

“They literally can have champagne and roses and candlelight and actually have a really relaxing time.”
