MONDAY, OCT. 27
10:05 a.m. – Deputies investigated a theft in the 3200 block of Santa Fe.
10:47 am. – Investigation into a report of a lost or stolen phone at Home Depot.
1:08 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Target. One female adult was arrested, issued a citation and released after a signing a promise to appear.
1:31 p.m. – Investigation by deputies regarding an assault with a deadly weapon call in the 3700 block of Nevada. One person had been cut and the person responsible had left in an unknown direction.
3:54 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision at Patterson and Third Street. One driver was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested for DUI, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
4:30 p.m. – Theft reported at Target. One female adult was arrested for the theft. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
7:31 p.m. – Deputies investigated an assault in the 2700 block of Santa Fe. One male adult was arrested for assault, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
SUNDAY, OCT. 26
2:37 a.m. – Contact made by deputies with a subject at Sixth and Riverside as he came up from a no trespassing area. The adult male was found to have a warrant for his arrest. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked for the warrant and having illegal narcotics on his person.
SATURDAY, OCT. 25
1:12 a.m. – Deputies investigated a traffic collision in the 2000 block of Stanley Allen Court. An adult female was found to be DUI. She was arrested and transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center for booking.
9:44 a.m. – Report of a runaway juvenile in the 2800 block of Turpin Avenue. The juvenile later returned home and was taken out of the missing person system.
12:40 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a stolen vehicle in the 3100 block of High Street.
7:15 p.m. – Investigation by deputies into a reckless driver at Morrill and Oakdale. The driver was arrested for DUI, and his vehicle was towed for 30 days after a seizure warrant was authorized by the on-call Judge. The driver was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
9:31 p.m. – Investigation into a reported theft at Target.
9:35 p.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 2700 block of Morrill. One adult male was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
FRIDAY, OCT. 24
1:32 p.m. – Investigation into a report of lost property at Costco.
10:48 p.m. – Deputies investigated a violation of a restraining order near Second Street and Atchison Street. An adult male was arrested and transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center for booking.
11:28 p.m. – Family disturbance investigation by deputies in the 5900 block of Claus Road.
THURSDAY, OCT. 23
7:26 a.m. – Deputies and detectives did a sweep of the land along the river at Riverside between Fourth and Seventh streets for people trespassing. Six people were located and arrested for trespassing. They were all transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
8:45 a.m. – Theft report investigated by deputies at Home Depot.
1:38 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of identity theft in the 2800 block of Turpin.
3:16 p.m. – Investigation by deputies into a sexual assault that reportedly occurred in 2010.
5:10 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigation in the 3000 block of Riverside.
7:24 p.m. – Deputies investigated a hit and run vehicle collision at Claribel and Oakdale.
8:10 p.m. – Theft investigation at Target.
WEDNESDAY, OCT. 22
1:11 a.m. – Deputies investigated an assault with deadly weapon call at Matthew and Kansas. Two adult males were arrested, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
5:09 am. – Report of an abandoned vehicle at Morrill and Jackson. The vehicle is possibly related to some vehicle burglaries in the area.
7:21 a.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle burglary in the 2300 block of Heritage Manor.
9:20 a.m. – Vehicle stop made by deputies for not stopping at a stop sign. The passenger in the vehicle had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody without incident and during a search illegal narcotics were located. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
9:47 a.m. – Deputies investigated an assault in the 6100 block of Terminal.
10:11 a.m. – Theft from a vehicle reported in the 2100 block of Goldstone.
12:56 p.m. – Theft from a vehicle reported in the 6100 block of DeLeon.
1:16 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at an unknown location in Riverbank.
1:34 p.m. – Theft from a vehicle reported in the 2400 block of Stanislaus.
2:04 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft from a vehicle in the 2400 block of Topeka.
4:55 p.m. – Vehicle collision in the 2200 block of Claribel.
7:15 p.m. – Deputies investigated a hit and run vehicle collision in the 6200 block of Jackson.
7:50 p.m. – Theft investigated at Target. One adult female was arrested for the theft. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
7:52 p.m. – Deputies contacted a subject at High Street and Fifth coming from a no trespassing area. The adult female was arrested, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
8:57 p.m. – Theft reported at Target.
9:49 p.m. – Deputies investigated an assault at Nevada and Eighth Street.
10:40 p.m. – Vehicle stop made for reckless driving. The driver was issued a citation and was released after signing a promise to appear.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS
On Oct. 21, traffic deputies assisted with a procession from Hughson to Modesto for a paramedic that had passed away.
Oct. 22, Riverbank Staff and Texas Roadhouse in Modesto held a Shop with a Cop fundraiser handing out over 300 meals to people who had bought tickets for this great event.
On Oct. 24, traffic deputies, SRO Johnson and CRD Tovar participated in the Riverbank High School Homecoming parade.
Oct. 26, Red Robin held a fundraiser for Shop with a Cop at their Riverbank location. The Stanislaus Sheriff Mascot team was also in attendance.
Oct. 28, SRO Johnson and traffic deputies attended Red Ribbon Week at Mesa Verde Elementary.
