On Sunday, March 5 at 4:36 p.m. deputies responded to the 7000 block of St. Lakes Court for a family disturbance, determined to be a verbal dispute only.
Deputies responded to the 5500 block of Gable Court for a disturbance at 5:01 p.m. A subject had stolen a neighbor’s phone, which got returned to the owner prior to law enforcement arrival. The responsible was lectured and released to his parents.
At 8:18 p.m. on Sunday, deputies responded to the 5400 block of Skylar Court for a family disturbance, determined to be verbal only. No law enforcement action needed.
On Saturday, March 4 at 1:51 a.m. deputies responded to the 3000 block of Topeka Street for a disturbance. Luis Cisneros, 19, was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
At 3:39 a.m. on Saturday deputies assisted San Joaquin Sheriff’s Office with locating a juvenile that had runaway. The juvenile was returned home.
Deputies responded to the 5500 block of Chancellor Way for a report of a runaway.
At 5:41 p.m. on Saturday deputies responded to Turpin Avenue and Howard Avenue for a vehicle collision. One person had minor injuries.
At 6:25 p.m. on Saturday deputies responded to the 2200 block of Claribel Road for a vehicle collision. The parties exchanged names and law enforcement was not needed.
On Friday, March 3 at 11:17 a.m. deputies responded to the 3600 block of Texas Avenue for a disturbance. A 24-year-old woman was arrested on multiple charges. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
On Thursday, March 2 at 8:10 a.m. detectives and deputies went to the 3500 block of Kentucky Avenue to attempt to locate a subject with a warrant for his arrest. The 18-year-old male was arrested without incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked for his warrant.
At 8:49 a.m. on Thursday a subject with a warrant for a hit and run collision came to the Riverbank Substation to talk with deputies. The 48-year-old man was subsequently arrested without incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center.
Deputies responded to the 6200 block of Estelle Avenue for a possible missing person on Thursday at 1:47 p.m. The reporting party called back to advise the person was located, requesting no further action by law enforcement.
At 7:55 p.m. on Thursday deputies responded to the 2400 block of Claribel Road for traffic collision report. The investigation is ongoing.
During the night on Thursday at 9:06 p.m. deputies stopped a vehicle for the driver being on his cell phone. The driver was found to have a suspended license. He was given a citation and his vehicle was towed.
On Wednesday, March 1 at 8:56 a.m. a citizen came to the Riverbank Substation to report a burglary that occurred over the weekend. There was no suspect information.
At 10:54 a.m. on Wednesday deputies responded to the 6500 block of Third Street for a report of check fraud.
Detectives located an associated vehicle in an assault with deadly weapon on Wednesday at 12:22 p.m. Alexander Rivera, 22, was arrested for the warrant he had for this incident. A 22-year-old woman was arrested for interfering with the investigation. They were transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
At 1:25 p.m. on Wednesday a citizen came to the substation to report her storage unit on Patterson Road had been broken into. There is no suspect information.
Deputies responded to the 3600 block of Arizona Avenue for sounds of shots fired on Wednesday at 4:35 p.m. One subject called in to say he located a bullet hole on his vehicle and he was able to locate the bullet on the ground next to his car.
At 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday deputies responded to the 6000 block of Preakness Drive for a family disturbance. The argument was verbal only, neither party requested further action.
