Members of the Riverbank High School Class of 2024 gathered at the football stadium on Friday, May 17 to enjoy an ongoing tradition, the Senior Sunset.

It symbolizes the conclusion of their high school careers, with games, food, and fun.

There was a taco truck, with tasty tacos and burritos, with lots of condiments and beverages to go around. There was lots of time to chat with friends, as well as several stands of cornhole games, a foosball table, as well as a soccer ball to kick around.

As darkness approached, class members gathered in the grandstand, with their back to the setting sun, as darkness approached. It was the reverse of the Senior Sunrise from the beginning of the school year, where light from the east hit them in the face.
